Delivery & Collection

We deliver, install and collect right across South East Queensland and Northern NSW. Here’s what to expect on the day.

Timing: we usually deliver the weekday before your event and collect the first weekday after it. Weekend and public holiday deliveries are available at a surcharge.
Hours: standard deliveries and collections run 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Other times attract a higher rate.
Access: our trucks need drive-in access suitable for long vehicles. Items are unloaded within about 20 metres of the vehicle, with no stairs or lifts. Extra carrying distance may incur a fee.
Setup: marquees and some other items include installation in the hire price. Other items are delivered only – our drivers don’t set these up unless arranged.
Unattended drop-offs: available on request, provided there’s a safe, secure, undercover spot within 20 metres of the truck. Once delivered, the equipment is the customer’s responsibility.

Ready to go: at pick-up, items should be stacked, clean and stored somewhere secure and out of the weather. Extra time spent packing down tables or gathering items from around the site is charged additionally.
Self collection: customer pick-ups and returns are 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday – we’re closed for collections on weekends. Please arrive before 4pm.
Returns: items must be back by 4pm on the date in your hire agreement. Late returns attract additional fees.
Your vehicle: bring a suitable vehicle, and if you’re using a ute or trailer please protect items from scratches and damage in transit.
